A neighbor finds the LIGHT

Illumina Residences- Entrepreneur Mary Jane Naong has been living in the city of Manila for almost a decade when she decided that it was time for a change of address. Believing that moving to Makati would do well for her business, she searched the area for months looking for a project that will best suit her needs. Little did she know that the perfect address was located right around her old backyard.

“I’ve seen Illumina Residences quite a few times already, but haven’t been giving it much attention since it was still quite near my old place,” she said. Passing by one night however, Ms. Naong was attracted to the towering structure now tastefully lit against the black sky.

“I became curious because it looked really beautiful in the evening. So when I went jogging the next day, I asked the sales agent who was giving away flyers to take me around. After that I knew my search was over.”

Seeing the tastefully-designed lobby and lounge area, Ms. Naong was even more impressed with the layout of the units.

“It was definitely unlike the other condos I’ve visited. I open my door and I see generous space, not another door along a hallway. This is why I made sure that I get a unit where there’s an atrium, so I can take advantage of having even more space,” she said.

Despite already being impressed with the structure, Ms. Naong became even more decided in buying a unit when she found out who the developer was.
