Golden Forum Land Inc. was founded in February 2003.
The first project of GFLI is at the distinct Bonifacio Global City. The Forum Fort building started construction and the three storey commercial building was completed by early 2004. This building has over 1600 sqm of rentable space and is fully occupied. It also houses the model units, head office and marketing office for SEIBU TOWER.
In mid 2005, Golden Forum Land Inc. was able to negotiate for a 1600 sqm lot at the Bonifacio Global City. Soon after, the business model of Seibu Tower was completed and pre-selling of the project commenced in 2006. A 28-storey mixed use (commercial and residential) building located in the prestigious Bonifacio Global City. Home to 320 residential units and 21 commercial units. In 2010 it has been completed and units have been turned over to their respective owners.
With the success of the two (2) projects, Golden Forum Land Inc. is geared to produce more projects that will continuously showcase innovation and leisure that the company is known for. Its latest acquisition, a 4,000 square meter lot located in Shaw Boulevard, Pasig City, will be used to develop its latest and most ambitious project yet-Elements Eco-Efficient Residence, a two-tower, 28-storey residential building with a commercial mall that incorporates eco-efficient features in both towers. This technology is a first of its kind in the country, today.
Another new project of Golden Forum Land is Forum South Global. Located at the highly urbanized Bonifacio Global City, this two (2) storey commercial building with a lot area of 2500 sqm, will house GFL Metro's model units, marketing office and other commercial and retail establishments. Turn over date is on 2013. With a competent and goal oriented managerial staff, Golden Forum Land Inc has achieved its short term goals in a brief period of time and will surely reap more success in years to come.
