Peninsula de Punta Fuego, an 88-hectare flame-shaped peninsula in Nasugbu, Batangas, is envisioned to be a world-class residential beach resort - a community with a beach ambience and resort amenities at standards comparable with the best in the world. It is home to a rich array of natural features such as twelve white sand beaches, an assortment of natural rock formations and underwater caves that present excellent diving and snorkeling opportunities, and coral reefs teeming with a rich mix of marine life.
The Punta Fuego community consists of Spanish-Mediterranean-inspired villas, a Beach Club, a Marina, a nine-hole golf course, a Country Club, and casitas, all of which were designed by internationally-renowned consultants. Aside from the villas, the residential component of the development includes open lots.
Peninsula de Punta Fuego ups the ante in seaside living as it begins construction of the South Marina. Designed by JCL International, the marina will have wide berths that can accommodate 30 boats.
Every berth comes complete with electric and water facilities. A first-class sailing hub, the marina boasts a full complement of amenities such as a shower room with lockers, clubhouse with bar and restaurant, a fuel station, radio room, and a map room and chart room where serious sailors can plot their next course.
Special launch ceremonies were held with LPC and other officials in attendance, including LPC Business Development Manager Martin Caudal, VP and SBU Head for Residential Resorts Patrick Villano, Northbay Construction Vice President Daniel Bautista, Chairman of the Engineering & Development Corporation of the Philippines Jose Jovellanos, Landco President and CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos, Jr., Roxaco Land Senior Manager Santi Elizalde, AVP for Residential Resorts Jose Antonio Xerez-Burgos, and Marina Architect Gary Brentt.
