the Greenhills shopping center is currently in the process of transformation into a new city, a new community and a new lifestyle.

the Viridian Tower will rise 53-storey into the skyline of Manila 50 Residential Floors, 1 Amenity Floor and 2 retail Floors and Grand Lobby. and its iconic massing and design will become the "crown jewel" of Greenhills. The Viridian will bring together essence of Greenhills and its immediate locale.

1st Floor - the Ground-level there would be a retail strip, our Grand Lobby and the Fitness First.
2nd Floor - would be dedicated to Fitness First since this would serve as the main gym of the whole development.
3rd Floor- The amenity deck, this would house the Pool, Garden, Business Lounge and Function Rooms

The Viridian will be located at the corner of Missouri and Connecticut Street, at the exact location where Rapide, Pancake House and Sugi is currently located.

Turn-over of the Viridian expected to be 1st quarter of 2016.

Within the overall Greenhills master Plan, the site for the Viridian Tower is Located in the Northeast sector at the corner of Connecticut and Missouri Street.

this location is ideal for a residential complex as it is still within the Greenhills Shopping Center so the residents will have complete access to all of its features and amenities, yet the site is located on the periphery of Greenhills enough to feel like a more private residential community.

Design of the tower units are maximized not only for the best views of Wack-Wack Golf & Country Club, Manila skyline and mountain ranges but also for solar orientation.

 Units facing the Western and Southern side, where the harstest heat conditions occur have been designed to have recessed balconies or sun shading fins to help mitigate the heat impact.

The units facing the Northern and Eastern side have more glazing to maximize the views.

The main amenities deck is located on Level 3 where the outdoor pool deck is located. It will be directly connected to a party / activity room which can accommodate private parties and events all in a single indoor/outdoor space. This level will also have a few small conference rooms, and possibly other rooms yet to be programmed. This amenity deck is for the residents use only.
